We are so excited to be part of a huge open studio event next week – Made in Clerkenwell - running Weds 18th-Sat 21st May. With over 8000 pre-registrations, it is going to be buzzing in our lovely studio spaces and just to add to the atmosphere, we’re laying on Prosecco and nibbles… So you can talk pieces with a glass of bubbles! Plus exclusively for all you lovely folk, say the password 'MAGIC 20' when paying for your jewellery at the event with us and we'll give you a magic 20% off - time to treat yourself to something sparkly for all those summer weddings, festivals and holidays you have coming up.
The event has been huge in the past and after moving to the gorgeous new studio, it will be our first time experiencing it. But there’s been some serious preparation already – we have been chained to our benches handcrafting pieces so you can take away your favourite on the day you visit.
We’re also thrilled to announce an exclusive selection of cards will be available from our studio during Made In Clerkenwell, inspired by some of our key pieces, like the Banana, pineapple and stag necklaces. Drawn by the multi-talented Maria Johnson A.K.A. Fire Chicken Pictures - illustrated in watercolours and Indian ink, they are truly stunning on their own, or as accompaniments to Lee Renee gifted pieces.
As always, if you visit the open studio and feel inspired to personalise or make your piece bespoke (think changing gems or material) then it will be sent to your preferred address with our usual free delivery.
Plus if you are away on holiday next week (lucky thing) or nose to the grindstone at work, there’s a second open studio at Lee Renee at the end of May too from 24-26th. As part of the wider Clerkenwell Design Week, you can visit us and watch the magic happen and we get to meet you!
We love jewellery, we love handcrafting jewellery and as with all designers, it is a pure joy to find out where our pieces end up. We send them away in branded boxes and often never know… So visit us wearing your pieces, we’d love to hear the story.
